Walked in with no one waiting. After waiting about 20 minutes, as a chair became available, someone walked in and was seated. In the next few minutes, I went from being next in line, to 6th in line. It appears that checking in online business is more important than walk-in business. I will take my business elsewhere.

Place has really gone downhill since covid. Longest wait times of any hair salon in the history of hair salons. Closed on Sundays when the website states that they are open. Their management left, and probably with good reason, to start their own shop. Perhaps they should consider a different scheduling model because the one they’ve got currently doesn’t work at all.
